Primetower, now in its third decade, has a wealth of residential development experience.
Over the last 25 years we have produced thousands of properties, many of which are affordable. The company understand the challenges of providing affordable housing and is geared up to meet these challenges. We regularly hand over completed projects, most recently 14 houses in Eastleigh with a development of a further 23 flats soon to follow, again reducing the Local Authority's housing waiting list in partnership with a housing association.
We have strong relationships with a select group of housing associations and we understand their needs and the importance of the affordable housing sector in providing homes across all tenures to meet the ever increasing need for affordable housing. This can only be met with strong relationships with the housing association and we always look forward to making new contacts and building new relationships.
Operating across our region we have provided both houses and flats and currently have land for around 200 units within our own organisation that will go to housing associations either under turnkey private contract or through the planning system.
We welcome enquiries from those owning land or from agents. Our in-house planning and land buying departments are able to quickly assess the viability of a development site and provide honest and realistic feedback to quickly establish if there is development potential to meet the affordable housing needs for that particular area. With our highly skilled team we can maximise the development of a site, enabling us to pay top prices.
