We are a multiple award-winning business covering most aspects of the development sector. Our reputation is built on integrity and quality, and the company employs some of the best people available, taking a focused approach to everything we do.
Primetower operates across Dorset, Somerset, Devon, Wiltshire and Hampshire, developing a variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects. Within the wider group, a leisure company operates pubs and restaurants, and an investment business holds a substantial rental portfolio of residential and commercial property across the southern part of England.
Between 2010 and 2016 we also built and operated care homes, designed and built by our own construction company and run by Primetower Care, before selling the portfolio to BUPA — a sector we'd consider returning to in the future.
From 2000 to 2006, Zurich sent a detailed questionnaire to every new homeowner, making up half the vote for Customer First Housebuilder of the Year — the rest based on inspections by Zurich's own building inspectors throughout construction. Primetower were South-West winners or runners-up four times.
Our customer care team works to resolve anything that arises once you've moved in, as swiftly as possible. Every new home is sold with a move-in care package, so the experience is as smooth as it can be.
Every Primetower new home comes with a two-year guarantee, covering all aspects of the house beyond normal wear, tear and servicing.
