Primetower and its investment company own a substantial portfolio of commercial investment properties across the South, developed by Primetower over the past fifteen years. Our tenants include a number of well-known names, among them Whitbread, SIG and Pizza Express.
We are always interested in new opportunities and actively seek to expand this side of the business. If you have buildings or a site that may be of interest, we have funds available for the purchase of the right properties to add to our portfolio.
Primetower has been operating pubs and restaurants since 1999. Our first outlet was Penn Central at Penn Hill — a former bank, bought from Lloyds and converted into a wine bar and restaurant. It proved highly successful and was later sold to a national chain, and we've continued to open others since.
One of our most successful is The Goods Yard, on Station Approach in Broadstone, Poole — bought from a national chain in a run-down condition, closed, refurbished and rebranded as our first "gastro" pub in 2008.
